The Time of the Times

Rowena from Santa Dog has made a attonishing issue of Santa adventures in Italy.

I would point out that:
"The less results I got, the more fervently I pestered and cajoled but it seemed to me after three months of trying that Italy was a closed shop."

Peer Pressure

Bella serata ieri sera. Nebbia e concerti un po' importanti avevano un po' gravato sulla quantita' di gente, ma sono stati momenti molto piacevoli anyway.

Arrivato Mic Starr, poi Dendrix e Manager, alla fine Tiny al completo a parte Manuel. Mitico Mic al suo ingresso al Retro Pop. Mi consegna il suo rockumentario su Tiny e Santa Dog (ciao Martin), si avvicina alla batteria degli Atari (bellissima la nuova versione anti-indie del loro cd), prende le bacchette... e si mette a provare la loro batteria! Un fenomeno! XD

Bel concerto. Gli Atari sono migliorati molto nel giro di un anno, e stanno diventando sempre piu' simili agli "Weezer metts Daft Punk" (di cui hanno fatto anche una cover). Laptop e batteria elettronica, si e' un po' persa l'originalita' del fare tutto con sinth,batteria e basso. L'ho presa un po' come un tradimento. Ma i ragazzi sono stati comunque fantastici.

La serata è proseguita all'Office, dove abbiamo incontrato anche Robbie, in stato etilico avanzato. Molto piacevole vedere gironzolare in giro i ragazzi del Mattatoio, che ci hanno deliziato come al solito con un'ottima e grintosa serata musicale.


Immancabile conclusione nell'apice degli stereotipi provinciali: spianata da spinosi! :D

Cyber Tiny

1) It's f*cking great being on the streets with Dendrix and "The Mangager" meeting peopole we actually don't know screaming at the sky (them ,not we) "GO!TINY!!"

2) That's it. This spring (and hopefully this summer tooe) Spaign will dance to the "Girls From Ronta", The song will appear on the international indie pop compilation "POP NATION", for Bon Vivants Record.

So. It has been really amazing days in Italy. This has been only possible thanks some special people gathering for some unknown magic from all over the world (well... Eurasia, actually).

I wanna thank Santa Dog guys once again for having made my days during and unforgettable weekend, and Tiny Tide mates and Mattatoio people. For they sure gave us fun! Cheers mates!
