A sleepy company

Grazie Paolin. Grazie Alessandro :)

This Is Radio Fruskio

Allora.

Eccoli in ordine cronologico:

1. Beachvolley Fields Forever
2. The Psychopath At The Club
3. Go Ego Go (Lacrosse Cover)
4. Girlfriend (Bellanova Cover)
5. Kitty Jesus - Yoshimi Battles Against The Pink Robots Pt.1 (Flaming Lips Cover)
6. February - The Killing Moon (Echo and the Bunnyman Cover)
7. A Song For E.M.I.
8. Tiny Trains
9. Girls From Ronta

See ya next time :)

My Dear Friend Brigadier

You asked me to tell you how the acoustic gig would have been like once I actually played in there, and that's my short report.

People seemed to respond well indee, and me and Manuel also got a surprising hand-clapping on "I was too troublestormed to remember which it was". I think "Tiny Trains", maybe "Ronta". I'm sure about Ronta, but maybe I had a little bit of effort from the audience in another one. Can't tell. Well. The fact is that: I WAS SCARED! Scared because the soundcheck was really short, and my acoustic guitar cecided to play at the maximum volume even if turned at ZERO. I don't know if you noticed it, but I tend to HIT HARD my guitar, to get some rhythm out, when I don't have the support of the drums. Well. No use. Every caress was muting into a scream. That put my mind in a bad mood. But probably no-one didn't noticed it, and one could tell only from outside the stage.

From the video that I've seen "Go Ego Go" was a little to be pushed forward by excidin in the BPM, and a little bit too plane. But "Kitty Jesus" and "Tiny Trains" were great"!

I knew what my audience was going to be alike (I.N.D.I.E.) and I was really happy to put a smile on their face each time I made a little tribute to some indielike tune, getting them to sing the parts I was playing (Just only "Kitty Jesus" had Nirvana on an armonica part, "Il cielo in una stanza" for the violin, "Yoshimi battles against the Pink Robot", as "February" turned into "The Killing Moon" at the end of the song)

"Girlfriend" was great, I suppose. Can't remember well (I was in a gone-crazy-psycho mode). And talking 'bout "Psycho"... it began with Mrs. Robinson. A shame that I accelerated in a rising-the-pitch mood the time of the execution after the intro. But maybe only experts noticed it. As for me I was quite ashamed! XD

Summin' all up: Me = Not so sure of my performance. People = where ok

I REALLY MISSED some days ago the great performance we had all together while practicing our electric line-up :)

Soul Music

Grazie ragazzi! Siete i migliori.

Ah!

Parallel Lines

WildHeart
is a genious! He's so just the opposite of me. Meanwhile I suddently rush into the songs not caring about mistakes and I get usually annoying by recording them after spending a day or two, Wildy is just like an alligator. Waiting still without moving, and then... * Zack * he is ready to eat yourself alive with just a bite, after having worked for months on a single song, waiting for the right insipiration or the propel technical solution for a practical problem. And that's what you get: a fantastic electronic version of Tiny Trains! Frankie sais: once more!!

Blush Response

Hi there everybody. While I'm quite happy (I made it) sad (I'll have to pay money for that) to tell you that finally I'll be able to buy and listen to a lot of 45" - I hope - I'm here to share with you my everyday efforts to get in good shape for the imminent acoustic show.

Rules are always the same: grabbinaguitar, 2 voices, rush and a lot of nice pitches (I'm quite in a hurry and I forgot at Lego Pub my professional headphones).

So here it is: the acoustic bootlegish version of Lacrosse > Go Ego Go :)

Tiny Tries

As some of you may know, these days I'm practicing hard in order to get ready for our next acoustic show, defining which song shoud I pic, and wondering if wouldn't be exciting having a second voice during the show. Expecially: while playing "Tiny Trains".

I know I know. It seems crazy. But to consider that I'm sort of a kind of sort of a kind of a not completely sane person, and that outside there, in the real world, there are plenty of insane marvellous persons ready to make the magic trick work. And seems like the thing could really thing. At least... I hope so!

Anyway... all this bubble bubbling just to tell you that I recorded in a hurry two acoustic versions of Tinies songs in less then an hour.

It's me, a guitar, and sometimes a second voice.

Enjoy.

Pop Nation

Yes. Yesterday I recieved a little package from Spain. It was "Pop Nation Vol.3!". The greater pleasure I had (beside seeing my name on the compilation) was to discover such marvelous songs in the album, so close to the spirit Trattoria Records had. Each song a pearl! l'Italia passera' dai Tiny Tide ai Superpartner. Seguite le nostre avventure :)

The version of "Girls From Ronta" on the compilation is an early version of Da Wikked version. You can reach for "Pop Nation Vol. 3" right on "Bon Vivant Records"
